monday evening>

total rainfall yesterday afternoon through early this morning was 0.6" (15mm)... but the sunshine returned in full force today, and allowed temperatures to rebound to 30c+/86f+ across the area. a few thundershowers have been trying to develop this evening, and may yet yield some rainfall overnight. our very warm and increasingly muggy weather will continue through wednesday, but it does appear that some cooling is on the horizon for the end of the week, along with a chance of more widespread shower and thunderstorm activity. indications are pointing to a dramatic advance of the monsoon over the weekend, which could bring it into the dharamsala area by sunday the 27th. the weathergeek office will be keeping a close eye on it, and will let you know the very latest developments...
