wednesday morning>

waking up to a FOGLESS morning, which is a rare event. it's quite cool, too... with a current temp of 16C/61F. i had another 0.33" (0.8cm) of rain last night, bringing my total for the past 24 hours up to 0.93" (2.4cm), and total for the past 48 hours up to 2.23" (5.7cm).

there are a few mid-level clouds in the area this morning, and the satellite pics show several patches of clouds in our vicinity... but no showers or storms. there has obviously been a remarkable DROP in the humidity levels since last evening, which is very nice to see (and feel). we still can't rule out a few showers or thundershowers during the next few days, but it does appear that we will get a better view of the sun, and some warmer temperatures as we move toward the end of the week. the deep monsoon moisture won't be far away, however, so the saturated/foggy conditions could ease back in with little advance warning!

WEDNESDAY: some nice sunshine this morning... but becoming mostly cloudy with some fog by the afternoon. still a chance of a shower or a thundershower.
high: 22C (72F)

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: a thundershower or two possible before midnight, otherwise partly cloudy.

THURSDAY: partly sunny skies, with a bit of fog in the PM. chance of isolated showers.
high: 23C (73F)

FRIDAY: partly sunny and pleasantly warm. risk of mainly afternoon showers.
high: 23C (74F)

SATURDAY: partly to mostly cloudy with periods of fog. good chance of a few showers or thundershowers.
high: 23C (73F)

SUNDAY: a few peeks of AM sun, otherwise mostly cloudy and foggy with occasional thundershowers.
high: 22C (71F)
