Monsoon 2015 averaged out about 22% below normal for the state of Himachal Pradesh, but as you can see from the those stats above, here in the immediate McLeod Ganj area, we were about as close to historic/climatological averages as you can get.  This is not a surprise, however, as year after year, Dharamsala/McLeod Ganj tends to buck the statewide trends, due to our location right along the front slopes of the Dhauladhars which has its own very unique micro-climate features.
